Erin is growing up before our eyes. The little girl who cried at the thought of having to wear makeup for dance pictures 4 months ago because she was scared it would hurt is now literally begging me to let her wear mascara and eyeliner to school. The "its only for dance performance" line is not going to hold her off for very long. This morning I finally told her she would have to wait at least until 4th grade for eyeliner and the innocuous mascara is still under heavy negotiation. Her eyelashes are already very long and maybe no one would notice just a little mascara on them once in a while - especially Daddy!
