Another sweet victory

I haven't had a chance to download the photo's and video yet but wanted to update everyone on our little dancer's recent success! In her second competition back in April, they came home with 3rd place - which we chalked up to a long Easter break and no practice gym at the competition combined with some pretty stiff competition. Still, came home with a trophy! Then, last weekend they were back on their game and came home with another 1st place trophy for their division. While this is total brag material, they ALSO took 2nd place overall in their category for all age groups which included a total of 68 teams. Not too shabby for a bunch of 4-7 year olds! Erin was on cloud 9 and had to call everyone in my phonebook to tell them the news. We love you dancing Erin! She's already begging me to let her try out for next year's team. Like I could tell her No? Next stop an entire weekend in the north for Regionals in two weeks. We will definitely be leaving "grumpy dance daddy" home for that trip! Can you say, girl's weekend?
